By means of the instant writ petition filed as public interest, the petitioner is seeking a direction for removal of encroachment made on land bearing Gata No. 87 situated at Village Dehriyawan, Nabhapur, Tehsil Bikapur, District Ayodhya, which is recorded as a pond. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has made statement on the basis of written instructions provided to him that proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been instituted for removal of the encroachment and the next date fixed in the matter is 06.12.2025. 4.
