By the present bail application, the applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No. 320/2023 dated 25.12.2023, registered at Police Station Greater Kailash, for offences under Sections 419/420/448/465/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. The FIR was registered essentially on an allegation that the accused Sonia Jain in connivance with other accused persons had forged the Sale Deed dated 08.04.2022 in her favour and tried to acquire the title and possession of the property bearing No. R/287, Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi (hereafter ‘the property’). 2001.
