The applicant has preferred this application, seeking grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 33/2025, registered at Police Station Crime Women Cell Nanak Pura, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 498A/406/377/ 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [hereafter ‘IPC’]. 2.
