The present Appeal is being filed against the Order dated 16.12.20241 passed by Ld. Single Judge of this Court in CS(OS) 1000/2024 titled “Poonam Gill versus Mrs. Nirdosh Gill & Ors.”, whereby the learned Single Judge directed registration of the suit in respect of certain suit properties but declined to register the suit in respect of the remaining properties, insofar as it pertained to property Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 15, as enumerated in the plaint. 1 Impugned Order 2.
