This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 151/2021, dated 25.04.2021, registered at P.S Ghazipur, Delhi under Sections 279/304A IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. As per allegation petitioner while driving motor cycle bearing registration no. DL 2 SR 5226, Yamaha at a fast speed and in a rash and negligent manner hit against motor cycle bearing registration no. FIR no. 151/2021 was subsequently registered under Section 279/304 IPC against the petitioner. It is submitted that the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal awarded Rs. 6,00,000/- compensation to respondent no. 2. Besides that both parties have come to an amicable settlement vide settlement deed dated 01.08.2025 and in terms of the said settlement petitioner has paid Rs. 1,00,000/- to respondent no. 2 as compensation by way of bank draft.
