The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 189/2022 dated 24.04.2022, registered at Police Station Palam Village, for offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’), including all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2. It is averred that the marriage between Petitioner No. 1 and Respondent No. 2 was solemnized on 25.11.2016 as per Hindu rites, customs and ceremonies.
