This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 16.08.2022 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. 2123/2022, titled Rajani Saini & Ors. v. State Council of Educational Research & Training (hereinafter referred to as, the ‘Impugned Order’), whereby the O.A. filed by the petitioners herein was dismissed. FACTS OF THE CASE 2. At the time of their appointment, the essential educational qualification for the post of Lecturer, as prescribed under the Recruitment Rules of the respondent, was a Master’s Degree with B.Ed. or M.Ed. 4.
