Mr. Mendadkar, the learned counsel for the Petitioner argued for the Petitioner/Student and Mr. Badgujar, the learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 3. This is a second ground of litigation, at the instance of the Petitioner/Student. Her claim for validation of Tribe claim was earlier rejected, and it was challenged by way of Writ Petition No. 104 of 2018.
