This Appeal challenges the Judgment and Award dated 14th January 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the Impugned Judgment and Award) passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nashik, whereby the Appellant was directed to pay a compensation of Rs. 90,429/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Nine), including No-Fault Liability to the Respondent with interest at the rate of 7% p.a. from the date of the application till its realization. 2.
