The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with respect to the Catering Stall/Tea Stall, General Minor Unit (“GMU”) No. SRID-CS- 1, towards Itarsi End at PF No. 1/2 of Shridham Railway Station, Jabalpur Division. 2. It is submitted that the Letter of Award dated 02nd November, 2020, was issued by the Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, Commercial Branch, Jabalpur, by way of which, the said Catering Stall was allotted in favour of the petitioner, for a period of 5 years, w.e.f. 05th December, 2020. The said license period of petitioner, as per the Master License Agreement dated 11th January, 2021 is to expire on 04th December, 2025. 3. It is submitted that this Court, on previous occasions, has granted relief in similar matters, wherein, extension has been granted beyond the “dies non” period.
