The present revision petition is filed challenging the order dated 24.12.2024 (hereafter ‘impugned order’), passed by the learned District Judge, South East District, Saket Court, New Delhi in CS No. 3503/24. 2. Application filed by the petitioner (Defendant No.1) seeking rejection of the plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (‘CPC’) was dismissed by the impugned order. 3.
