These are cross Petitions filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Arbitration Act) challenging the Award of the learned sole Arbitrator dated 30 March 2023. By the impugned Award, the Arbitral Tribunal has directed Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS) to pay to Inspira IT Products Private Ltd.
