Through the present Appeal, the Appellant assails the correctness of the order dated 01.12.2022 [hereinafter referred to as ‘Impugned Order’] passed by the learned Single Judge [hereinafter Signature Not Verified Signed By:SAVITA PASRICHA RFA(OS) 3/2023 Signing Date:20.12.2025 Page 1 of 19 12:08:00 referred to as ‘LSJ’], while allowing the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as ‘CPC’]. 2.
