The appellant seeks setting aside of the judgment of conviction dated 06.07.2023 and order on sentence dated 30.04.2024 passed by the Trial Court in proceedings arising out of FIR No. 362/2017 registered under Sections 376/354D/342/506 IPC and Sections 6/12 POCSO at P.S. S.P. Badli. 2.
