The present writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking quashing and setting aside of the order dated 14th November, 2025, issued by the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) under Section 337 of Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (“DMC Act”), read with Section 15 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 (“NGT Act”), thereby, directing the petitioner to deposit compensation amounting to Rs. 30,000/-. 2.
