The present petition is filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of the proceedings in FIR No. 359/2025, dated 27.06.2025 registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden for the offences under Sections 420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’). 2.
