Suresh Kumar on 09.05.2015 arising out of and in the course of his employment with the respondent. 2. The facts pertaining to the present case as follows: Suresh Kumar, was employed as Assistant Manager at a Government Wine Shop operated by the respondent, and that his last drawn wages was approximately ₹ 45,000/- per month.
