The present petition has been filed by the petitioner / Delhi Hockey, a recognized State Federation and a member unit of Hockey India since 13.10.2014, being aggrieved by a Show Cause Notice (SCN) dated 31.07.2025 and a Hearing Notice dated 17.11.2025 issued by the respondent/ Hockey India. 4. It is submitted that the petitioner has been affiliated with the Hockey India on account of its status as a recognised State Federation since 13.10.2014. 4.
