The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.437 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Vrindavan, District Mathura with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no dying declaration of the deceased person rather the statement recorded by the Investigating Officer does not fall within the category of dying declaration.
