As per the prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that he did not find his daughter in the house on 03.02.2024 at about 3:00 p.m., and when he went to search for her, his aunt, Amarwati Devi, and his sister-in-law, Krishna, told him that they had seen his daughter with the applicant going towards her house. 5.
