The FIR of the matter was lodged under Section 103(1) BNS on 23.10.2025 by Dhanvir Sharma against Subhash, Rajendra and Smt. Kalawati alleging therein that his sister was married to Subhash around 8 years back. She had a son and two daughters. The accused used to torture her mentally and physically for dowry.
