The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 293 of 2025, under Sections 64, 87, 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Bhawanpur, District Meerut during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. In the statement of the victim under Section 180 B.N.S.S. there is no allegation of rape against the applicant. However, the victim has stated a contrary version in her statement under Section 183 B.N.S.S. It is stated that the said statement has been made to aggravate the offence and to save the failing prosecution case.
