Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 0004 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 305(ka), 331(8), 3(5), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station- Bidhnu, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that initially the FIR was lodged against unknown persons for killing one Shahab @ Sonu. Subsequently, during investigation police has arrested the co-accused. In the confessional statement of co-accused, the name of the applicant has been surfaced and therefore recovery of certain articles allegedly stolen from the shop of Ravishankar Gupta where the deceased was sleeping have been recovered.
