Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 0004 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 305(ka), 331(8), 3(5), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station- Bidhnu, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that initially the FIR was lodged against unknown persons for killing one Shahab @ Sonu. Subsequently, during investigation police has arrested the co-accused. In the confessional statement of co-accused, the name of the applicant has been surfaced and therefore recovery of certain articles allegedly stolen from the shop of Ravishankar Gupta where the deceased was sleeping have been recovered. Though the aforesaid recovery was not witnesse
