Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 491 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 352, 238(a), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station- Chhibramau, District Kannauj. 4. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR the allegation has been made that the co-accused Praveen who is the real brother of the applicant has fired upon the wife of the co-accused Krishnakant and killed her. Subsequently, co-accused Krishnakant and applicant dispersed the household items to make it a case that some one entered in the house and killed the deceased Nikki. It
