Court No. - 69 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Sri Onkar Nath, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri D.P.S. Chauhan, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 611 of 2025, under Section 103(1) of BNS, Police Station- Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the FIR was lodged by the police against unknown persons for mercilessly beating a thief who was caught red handed by the crowd. Subsequently, on the basis of information received from an informer, applicant was arrested and on the basis of confession and recovery of one 'danda', he has been falsely implicated. It is further submitted that the CCTV footage recovered by the police does not shows the clear identification of the applicant and even the witnesses Manish Sharma @ Krip
