Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 276 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Jasrana, District Firozabad. 3. As per prosecution story, initially the FIR was lodged by the present applicant against unknown persons for causing murder of his daughter Neha. The dead body of the deceased was found in the field. During investigation police recorded the statement of co-accused Mohit and present applicant, it was found that the applicant killed his daughter on finding her in a compromising position with co-accused Mohit. 4.
