Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 104 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 351(2), 61(2) BNS, Police Station- Jareefnagar, District Budaun. 3. As per prosecution story, an FIR was lodged against five persons including the applicant alleging that they have taken away the son of applicant on 09.03.2025. The son of the informant did not return and his dead body was found 10.03.2025 which has been run over by some unknown vehicle and the informant identified the dead body in post mortem house on receiving the information from police. Thereafter, the applicant moved an application on 10.03.2025 for conducting the post mortem of the dead body of his son,
