Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.537 of 2024, under Sections 302/120B IPC, Police Station- Majhola, District Moradabad. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that initially FIR was lodged by the father of the deceased making allegation against four persons for killing his son over a dispute even no allegation has been made against the applicant in the statement of first informant.
