The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 475 of 2025, under Sections 333, 74, 351(3), 70(1) B.N.S., Police Station Sidhari, District Azamgarh during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The incident is alleged to have occurred on 24.10.2025. The first information report was lodged on 26.10.2025. The delay is fatal to the prosecution case. According to the medical report, no external and internal injury was seen at the time of medical examination. It is contended that at the time of alleged incident, the in-laws of the victim were present in the house, however, the victim did not raise any prote
