Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 250 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(A), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Asmoli, District - Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. He is not named in the missing report instituted on 16.09.2025 one day after the missing of the deceased person. 6. Learned counsel has also stated that subsequently, the applicant has been nominated in the FIR instituted on 20.09.2025 whereby the applicant and two other co-accused persons are stated to have been seen with the deceased person by the
