Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 513 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 352 of BNS, Police Station - Kotwali Hata, District - Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. He is not named in the FIR. His name has come up in the statement of informant as an afterthought.
