Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 659 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Saraikhwaja, District - Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. No evidence has come up against the applicant except his own confessional statement before police which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. 5.
