The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sachin Sharma, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 132 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Najibabad, District- Bijnor, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 03.6.2025 directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that as yet even the statement of PW-1 has not been fully recorded. The applicant is in jail since 21.3.2024. He has no criminal history to his credit.
