Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.365 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2), 318(4), 336(3) BNS, Police Station Kotwali Hata, District Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Sahmuddin Ansari has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 28.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.31153 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 29.6.2025, having no criminal history.
