Heard Sri Deepak Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 112 of 2025, under Sections 61(2) & 103 of BNS, Police Station - Muhammadabad Gohana, District - Mau, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The FIR is delayed by about nine days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The applicant is not named in the delayed FIR. His name has come up in the statement of informant recorded four days after the institution of FIR, as such, it is a clear cut case of false implication and as an afterthought. 5. Learned couns
