The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 222 of 2024, under Sections 87 and 70(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Charwa, District- Kaushambi, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The incident is alleged to have occurred 24.08.2024. The first information report was lodged on 11.09.2024. The delay is fatal to the prosecution case. The applicant had married the victim. Thereafter, the applicant and the victim approached this Court by filing Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.17819 of 2024 (Prahlad and another vs. State of U.P. and 3 others).
