This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Aman Pandey, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 461 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 3(2)(gha) of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, Section/Rule 3(1), 58, 72(1) of the U.P. Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021, and 66(D) I.T. Act, Police Station- Kotwali Lalitpur, District- Lalitpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 03.10.2025. Learned couns
