This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sundaram Upadhyay, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 214 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Padari, District- Mirzapur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 17.10.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is case of altercation between some assailants and police party in which no police personnel has sustained any injury whereas the applicant has received injury in his right leg.
