This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Surendra Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 641 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 332, 353, 504, 506, 336, 427, 188, 333 I.P.C. and 7th Criminal Law Amendment Act and 3/5 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, Police Station- Kasganj, District- Kasganj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.11.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused, Vikki Thakur Alias Sharad Chauhan has already been enlarged on bail by this
