The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 171 of 2025, under Sections 64, 351(2) BNS, Police Station Musajhag, District Budaun during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the informant-victim was in consensual relationship with the co-accused Talib. The co-accused Talib refused to marry the informant, consequently, the applicant being the brother of Talib has been falsely implicated. The co-accused Talib has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 35742 of 2025.
