Heard Sri Purushottam Dixit, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shyam Dhar Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Session Trial No.166 of 2025 (State of U.P. vs. Sumit) arising out of Case Crime No.58 of 2025, under Sections 103(A), 238, 123, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Bichhwa, District Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up in his own confessional statement before the police, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. A false evidence of one Aas Mohammad has been created by the prosecution, whose statement was recorded on 28.02.2025, about 11 days after the FIR, and he allegedly last saw the applicant with the deceased
