The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.184 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Dumariyaganj, District Siddharth Nagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the co-accused persons Sanman Yadav and Shivlal Yadav are stated to have caught hold of the deceased person and the applicant is stated to have assaulted him with knife, thereby causing his death. 5.
