The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 448 of 2025, under Sections 75, 79, 64(1) and 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Gulaothi, District- Bulandshahar during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to certain other dispute between the parties. The date of the alleged incident has neither been mentioned in the first information report nor in the statement of the informant. In the statement of the victim under Sections 180 and 183 B.N.S.S. the date of incident is mentioned as 5.9.2025. The first information report was lodged on 27.9.2025.
