Heard Sri Rajeshwari Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 380 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Mauaima, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant has been nominated in the FIR on the basis of suspicion only, but subsequently two witnesses, namely, Amzat Hussain and Imran Ali have been brought in by the prosecution, who are stated to have seen the applicant and co-accused person Jai Prakash Gautam alongwith deceased person in an injured condition. 5.
