The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 288 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Islamnagar, District Budaun during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. As per the statement of the victim under Section 183 B.N.S.S., she has left her house voluntarily. There is no allegation of sexual assault against the applicant. At this stage there is no corroborative evidence to link the applicant with the offence. The applicant is in jail since 18.10.2025 having no criminal history and if
