Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.216 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 103(1) B.N.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Nauchandi, District- Meerut, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The informant saw the applicant and four other named accused persons, namely, Salman, Belal, Suhail and Suhali firing indiscriminately at his son and committing his murder on 16.6.2025 at about 11:20 p.m. near Yug Hospital, Garh Road, Hapur Stand. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
