Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.67 of 2025 (S.T. No.2442 of 2025), under Sections 191(2), 190, 137(2), 103(1), 238, 140(2) BNS, Police Station Shiwala Kalan, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Aniket has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 7.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.31615 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 8.5.2025.
