Heard Sri Ankit Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 185 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Bhawanpur, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have inflicted stab wound to Afzal and thereupon the other co-accused persons are stated to have assaulted Aaris on 9.6.2025 at about 06:00 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR.
