Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 81 of 2023, under Section 302/34 of IPC and 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station - Lisadi Gate, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Furkan, has already been enlarged on bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
