Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 844 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(1) of BNS, Police Station - Kotwali City, District - Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, an unknown dead body was found behind the government school on 22.09.2025 by some unknown person, as such, the FIR was instituted by the Chaukidar of the village on 01.10.2025 at about 07:31 PM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The FIR is delayed by about 9 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The
